Writing Updates: Black and White - Dressed Up
FEAR ME FOR I AM MOUSE - Ephemeral Fantasia:
It’s not like me to start a game and not try to continue. I tried to start Ephemeral Fantasia last night. It was ridiculous. Cherri and I cracked jokes for an hour and the lead character’s name is Mouse and that didn’t help. Xelph-whatever looked way too much like Sephiroth. However you spell his damn name, he reminded me of Sephiroth. Cherri decided she liked him. So I decided he must be evil. I’ll try playing again later but Cherri and I got really bored. I did not like the “You got inspiration to play a new song” and then it throws you in without much of a tutorial - and………I failed terribly. Which was hilarious in its own right. However there wasn’t really anything to just catch my interest to keep me playing it. That hasn’t happened in a long time (if ever really). After an hour of running around, being lost, and finding nothing overly interesting we decided to play a new game.
We have a wise cracking Mouse - Wild Arms Alter Code F:
We swapped it for Wild Arms Alter Code F - which is a remake/addition to the first Wild Arms. I love it so far. As per usual, I love Wild Arms games. Music is awesome and Jack cracks me up. Hanpan is no Pooka though. It became a “too tired to stay up and keep playing” and we went to bed. That’s the only reason we stopped - it’s the only reason I’ve ever put stopped playing a Wild Arms Game. Even when I get stuck I’ll run around for hours trying to get unstuck. Stupid Cecilla died almost every battle she was in once I had a party though. Well when I first got the party - she pretty much died every battle. Not sure what I expect from a Zoa Priest/Crest Sorcerer mix but that was more fail than necessary.
Pretty much of all the wild arms released I don’t own the original PS version of Wild Arms or Wild Arms 5. I need to correct the unownage of WA5. I even own the Anime. XD;
Beyond the Games and Mice - Life:
It’s Tuesday? Ah who said it could be Tuesday? Well that means its Tako’s Birthday today. I’d call her but instead I’ll just rough her up a bit when I see her. She deserves a noogie! :’D
Slept terrible again last night. More bad dreams, not quite nightmare material but still unpleasant overall. I think I need to pay better attention to what my dreams might be trying to tell me. But ot can be such a troublesome way to deliver a message.
I’m so tired! At least it feels cooler in here today. We’ll see if it stays this way though.
