Writing Updates: If walls Could Talk - Double down
I felt horrible when I woke up this morning. I just slept horribly. I really don’t want to go into detail as I am feeling better now. I also don’t know how to properly verbalize the thoughts, so, instead of trying I simply ignore it. I spoke to my mom, as the dream was about her, so even if I couldn’t articulate properly we got everything settled and worked through. Well actually I believe the base of the nightmare is that I’m afraid everyone is just going to stop listening one day. That I’ll end up screaming at the top of my lungs with no one to hear me.
I’m certainly feeling better now. I just worry about little things.
