I met my baby nephew yesterday!!!! OMG!!! I couldn't stop the tears from pouring down my face. He's the most precious little thing ever. His name is michael, and I must say, Brooke and Iven did a wonderful job lol. He has a bit of both of their features all over his body, it's just adorable. I cannot wait to babysit him! I could hold that little guy in my arms forever. He's such a cuddler, which is just awesome:) Brooke seems like a completely different woman. I saw the most beautiful picture of her I have ever seen yesterday. It was her w/ her baby boy...she has the happiest face on it...you can tell she is at such peace in it. It was really touching. Ah!! Just a miracle...

My life is so up in the air right now. I just quite my job about 2 wks ago now. It wasn't a good fit for me. They innitiated the convo and I aggreed, end result; I'm jobless. Been looking in the seattle times, asking around, and calling every place I get a number to. I realize I could walk into some retail store and aquire a job, but that is not the kind of place I think I would be happy at. I'll get a job before all my money is completely dried up...but for right now, I kinda know what I want and am not about to settle for less.
I was an environmental activist for a day. Walked around Seattle for 5 hrs w/ my 'trainer' trying to collect signatures and money for the Sierra Club. Realized after about 2 hrs it wasn't the job for me. I felt I had to be pushy when asking these completely random people to give for a good cuase. Feels like it would give the cuase a bad reputation, or at least the people trying to help the cuase. Made a friend out of it tho, we hung out even after I decided it wasn't for me. He's 2 months older than me. Rare for me to meet a guy my age. Pretty cool. We are gonna hang out tonight after I babysit, should be fun! His roomate works w/ him, so I got to talk w/ him too.
I was going to go to an open interview for a Cruise To Hawaii. Didn't give much detail, but from what I gathered they might have been looking for waitresses perhaps. I didn't anticipate the traffic to be nearly as horrible as it was, so I completely missed it. I'm kinda upset, was looking forward to it. That kind of thing completely appeals to me. Working on a cruise line. Get to travel and meet new pple. That is exactly what I want.
I'm still fighting my broncitous. I am on these antibiotics that have a sun warning. Apparently a possible side affect would be a skin rash that resembles leopard prints lol. I am assuming I'm in the clear after walking around on a sunny day for 5 hrs the other day...but it did startle me at first. I also can't have dairy products, antacids or iron prescriptions for 2 hrs before or after taking the meds. This is interesting. I'm anemic so I take about 2 iron pills a day...and I never realized how much dairy I have in my everday life. Apparently I really like my cheese lol. So I'm learning to work around all this. Kinda a hassle sometimes, I seriously consume a LOT of dairy. I could not imagine being lactose intolerant. I now have sympathy for those who are and like their dairy products. I did before...but now I have a much better understanding of having to actually avoid those products. Anyways, my cough has gotten much better and hopefully this does the final trick!
I hope everyone is doing well, and able to enjoy the sunny weather we have been so blessed w/! Feel free to leave a 'hi!' if you'd like. I would love to hear from anyone and everyone. Even if you aren't on my list of some sort. Catch you all later:)
