[sz] explanation of 君にHITOMEBORE shop editions
There seems to be a lot of confusion surrounding the shop editions so hopefully, this will help to dispel some of it ♥
Please note that shop purchases cannot be shipped overseas, so if you don't live in Japan & are interested in any of these items, you'll need help from a third party (friend/seller/etc).
First, there are the shop editions themselves...
※ The bonuses for these editions are special voice love messages (from the assigned member) & postcards (featuring the assigned member). The packaging is DVD-sized. There are no cards (more on those later) included with the regular, sold-as-single shop versions. Oricon count per unit: 1
However, there are actually 15 different possible configurations for the shop editions, lol.
※ Each preordered copy of any SZ Shop Version single comes with one bonus clearfile. You may choose any of the five members to be on the clearfile. So, if you're buying SZ Shop Version K, you can get the matching Kento clearfile, or you can get a Marius clearfile, or a Fuma clearfile... you just need to click the appropriate button. The clearfiles themselves do not count as additional copies of the single on Oricon & you cannot buy the clearfiles separately.
The most interesting items, though, in my opinion, are the cards mentioned earlier!
※ These cards enable you to download images (of the members on the cards), video clips & song clips onto your smartphone. There are two different sets, A and B. Unlike the clearfiles, you can buy the cards separately. Oricon count per set: 6 (each card counts as a copy of the single) & why did they put Sou on the end when he starts the "S" in "Sexy Zone," it's bugging the crap out of me

Of course, this is a lot of stuff, and Pony Canyon has kindly made it easier to part from your money as efficiently as possible. Pony Canyon is just so thoughtful.
※ These are special collections, which include an SZ Shop Version single (of your choice) + all six clearfiles (including the group clearfile) + all 12 cards, giving you a complete set of just about everything. Oricon count per unit: 13!!!
I did an experiment & the MINIMUM amount of money you'd have to spend to get one of everything listed above is ¥6,600.
You'd still end up with two extra clearfiles that you didn't need because you already got them in the set, but that's the easiest way to do it IMO. All of this is obviously designed to boost sales & bring in a lot of $$$ - but were you expecting anything less?
Special note to 5人 fans:
※ Whether or not you purchase this single is, obviously, your decision. I personally don't care what anybody else does and I highly doubt anybody else cares what I do. I'm sure we all understand that people who choose to buy this single have their reasons for doing so, and people who don't buy it also have their reasons for not doing so. Should you decide to purchase this single, but still want to get the point across, maybe you can consider adding extra Mari & Sou cards or choosing their clearfiles. I have no doubt that they will be keeping track of how many files are sold per member.
