i was really awake today for having had a hard time sleeping last nite and waking up at 7, 7:06, 7:15, 7:20, and 7:22 this morning. now the sleepiness is setting in.. but i must stay awake so that my roomie and i can go work out. taught 5th grade with kris today. she's really a whiz at it. me.. well, i'm not such a whiz. today's lesson was hard. i had the boring definition part to teach, and i could tell i was losing them. oh well. it's still a good time. i guess i'm glad i didn't become a teacher after all. i'm more suited for tutoring one-on-one, i think. conducting large groups is much more difficult.
...and something is wrong with my eye. when i put my contact in, it feels like there's something in there that shouldn't be. i hope i didn't mess myself up. =(
