Boxer countdown
Well things seem to keep happening before I think they will. I noticed from some posts on the facebook page for the rescue that it usually takes anywhere from several weeks to a couple of months from application to adoption. They even said it would be a couple of weeks from application to contact.
I was down with a migraine yesterday. I got a call just as I was headed back to bed. The CEO of the rescue group. My first choice, the girl boxer in Medford has been matched with me and I will be meeting her on the 16th. (she was in heat and they had to wait to schedule her spaying)
We made good headway on the spring cleaning last weekend. More to do. The adoption process includes an inspection of the home and yard. I also have to come up with the rest of the fee. Thanks to the migraine I am a day and a half behind my goals of getting two bags done and on e-bay. Not horrible, because I know it will all come together like it has been already.

Her given name is Diva, but they say she makes Chewbacca noises and have been calling her Chewie. I dreamed her name was Miss Bacca Wigglesworth.
