Actually, it comes from a T-shirt that Quentin Quire (aka Kid Omega) wears in (adjectiveless) X-Men, the "Riot at Xavier's" arc (actual numbers escape me).

Just before he instigates the riot, he wears that shirt.

At least that's what I thought of when I saw the text.

I do know what you're talking about, but in this case, the backside of the shirt says "not the real bad guy". So this one is in reference to the movie quote.
