Anyways on another note... I'm once again in essay writing mode (the most organised I've been with doing them. I think it's the fear of having 2 due in on the same day [Jan 7th] and wanting them to be really good).
News (perhaps interesting):
- Work xmas do with Foyles tonight. Should be nice to have some free drinks.
- Saw an old friend for the first time in aeons. It wasn't awkward like I feared either.
- My tutor said she'd recommend me for a PhD if I want to apply for one (either at current uni or elsewhere).
- This means I need to decide if I want to do one and if my potential project is actually feasible/ worthwhile. Or whether I should take time out and think on it later... ho Hum.
- A tutor at a different uni said I should think of applying to their institute for a PhD (exciting stuff).
- I'm organising a new reading group. I'll post more details about this as and when I know them.
- Oh went to a Swing Dance thing last night, lots of good dancing and that. Most enjoyable.
