For the past few days although I go to bed at a reasonable(ish) time, I'm sleeping much more than my usual 8 hours a night. In fact it was nearer 10 last night. I think my body is entering a winter hibernation but surely it's far too early for such things. Can anyone offer any advice on how to sleep less? Or bizarre hunches as to why I'd start hibernating in August?
