Haha, remember that day I fell in the McD's parking lot? Well so it was icy again and my friend said 'Be careful of the ice!' so being mindful of the ice I got out of the car, and went back for my mobile and WHACK bounced my head off the car. She was like 'seriously Kari.' D: it hurt so much, wtf is it about that parking lot?
:O we've had some interesting cases! A lady who choked to death on chicken! The Doctor was all 'huh, chicken!' because it was still in her treachea when he was taking it apart.
We had our first homicide! :O!!!! It was this girl, she was in an accident and suffered TWO cranial hemmorages, a cracked pelvis and a bunch of other injuries. Not all of them seemed consistant with MVA, and her BAC was 0.1! The most suspicious of all was her boyfriend who was apparently on the phone with her when it happened and went to get her. His story didn't check out! That and he drove past TWO hospitals and brought her to a third where she died. She was soooooo gooey inside, MVAs are always gooey because broken bones causes hemmoraging, so what should be nice and clean inside is filled with blood and gross.
One of the doctors tossed a peice of heart at me. It went splat on the counter in front of me. Was kind of weird. H laughed at me for a long time because I am okay with this, but in lab we had a preserved dog's heart to show the affect of heart-worms, and I wouldn't go anywhere NEAR it. Paracites are nasty!
No more interesting deaths, they promised to let us see the crime scene department and take us for a body pick-up the next time they have one. :D there will probably be a post about that when it happens!
Still no word from TO, one mid-term down. Life could be worse, but it would be pretty hard XD
