NY Fashion Week Fall 2010: Carmen Marc Valvo
So yesterday, I was browsing Monday's shows on the NY Mag site (definitely recommend it), and I saw three of the best fashion shows I have ever seen!! Here's the first by Carmen Marc Valvo. I totally foresee a bunch of these appearing on the red carpet when the Oscar's roll around!
Sure, it's a little safe and some of the more daring fashionistas might argue that it's boring, but the gowns, especially the last two are nothing short of gorgeous. And I love that instead of making the models look strange or edgy, he gave them a classic, richly feminine look. Even if I didn't like the dresses, the hats alone would have won me over!
