Work n other shit
So, work has improved DRAMATICALLY! Michelle, my manager, has somehow turned from non-existant to phenomenal. Not only did she change my schedule so that I only work until 4 on the 17th, but she helped me take care of EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM I had today!!! It was sooooo great. I now understand that she was so overwhelmed with other problems because she had 3 days off in a row, that there was no possible way she could have helped me. She also gave everyone some candy and a card today because we did so well during the Friends and Family sale.
I'm worried about Jason because we got a huge snowstorm today. It snowed over 3 inches in about 5 hours. The roads are HORRIBLE. It took me forever to get home on the train, and a plane at Midway airport skidded off the runway, broke a barrier, and crashed into the street. So far, only 2 people were injured, which is a good thing. "A chick bleeding out her vagina is no miracle. Chicks bleed out their vaginas all the time."-- The Pope. Thank god for South Park.... it makes me laugh so hard.
So, yeah, life is good. Jason and I spent all day yesterday doing domestic things. We cleaned, did laundry, and went grocery shopping...... and his first gifts arrived TODAY!!! Woo Hoo! Now, if only my book would come!!
