The Day Before.
It's the day before my birthday, and things are going well.
Last night, we went for our last night at DJ's. Our favorite bartender Kris came out to drink with us again. It was wonderful. She brought us balloons and a card (partly because it was our last night and partly because of my birthday). Kris started to cry because she's going to miss us so much.. and then she cried even more when she found out that most of us will not be working in Clinton next summer. It was so sweet. Ryan Nelson also came out with us, which was great because he hasn't hung out with us in over a year. I wish I could have talked to him more, but he was sitting WAAAAAY at the other end of the table. Phil also showed up unexpectedly--- which was WONDERFUL! I have to admit that it was weird seeing him without Gina or Sarah. I think everyone that came out and stayed had a great time!
Gina and I were going to meet in Davenport today, but because of circumstances, we're not going to.... which is fine with me because I didn't really feel like driving to Davenport! So, now I'm just sitting here trying to decide what to do with my afternoon. I might go to the dance audition thing that Kat is having at the boat. It sounds like it will be loads of fun. I don't know--- we'll see.
