*READ* If you opened up to Jeremiah 48 you'd find this tiny little chapter to say a lot. It's pretty much like "reading a newspaper" said my dad. It's just like the Katrina disaster on it's in bible times and happening in Moab. Don't think i'm going to start preaching to you, i just found it interesting! I think maybe we should try to focus on the big picture an realize how this disaster could possibly (probably) be the work of Christ. I mean notice how it sweeps through florida barley damaging anything and then hits Louisiana, Mississippi,Alabama and Georgia with a Level 4-5. Well this is just what we discussed in bible study tonight. That's all. I mean and all these looters, it's just aweful...God still watches u natural disaster or not! It's terrible. There was this guy on the news...poor soul tried to save his wife's jewelry because it was passed down in her family generation to generation. I believe he yelled to the looters "Thank you for putting salt in the wound!" Poor guy. Then there was that one guy who had to let go of his wife and when he was being interviewed he said "She gone, she told me to let go and take care of the kids" He was in shock terribly. Even the news reporter was crying. This disaster is aweful and i can already see the ppl of boardman and canfield (of course everywhere)lining up in the gas stations. All i can say is to pray. I feel horrible for the thousands that have died. But if you read chapter 48 you'll see that God's sending a sign to those ppl. I mean look, there is nothing but horrible gambling and casinos down there, it's prolly best they're destroyed. That's just me and my family's opinion on the subject though. It's weird how the bible can speak to you even now from so long ago. I just thought i'd share that. I'll tell u though, i haven't watched the news so much since 9-11.
Aimee got in an accident today. Yes, even we are experiencing Katrina's wrath. She's okay though. Her car...we'll we're not sure yet if it will pull though or not but i sure hope it does. Aimee got hit by someone from behind and was pushed right into a car in front of her. It was a three car pile up. Right after they moved to the side of the rode and were dealing with the police and stuff they stood there and witnessed yet another accident. I'll tell u this! If it's raining or has been raining, be careful if your go under the bridge on mahoning. It's exteremely slippery. The cop told my dad that they always go there and wait if it rains because they get accidents there all the time! it's quite scary so be careful. The back of her bumper is cracked up and her hood looks like a teepee, but it might pull through, we can only hope for a miracle...and a money miracle. Lauren already needs a new car and if aimee does too...idk where my family will get the $. We've already spent thousands of dollars on cars this summer alone. We are just running dry, i barely have any new school clothes...and now i might just not get any at all. I hope we'll pull through this, and with prices risin on everything else, we might just go flat broke. I guess i can only pray...
Good night everyone.
