Cattrall: “You know, I think invariably people grow together or they grow apart. And I think you’re meant to be with the people you’re meant to be with for the time you are. But I’m just really enjoying where I’m at each day at a time.”

I read that when I got online today. Is that a cop-out or do you just feel sorry for this person. I find it hard to believe anyone who might be considered "successful" would take this attitude with other relationships or opportunities in life. Would any successful professional say, "Well, if I'm meant to get this job it will happen. I don't have to do anything. I don't have to try hard, get an education or make any extra effort." Why is it considered ok to just toss aside a relationship between a man and women with such carelessness? Thank goodness this women doesn't have children(at least I don't think she does). With attitudes like this it is no wonder this country is in the shape that it's in and family just doesn't seem to be important. Family is the most important and most sacred unit on the earth today and nobody can see that. As we live in this world it's amazing how easy it is to forget what we should value the most...that goes for me, too.

Enough, already, I'll get off my soapbox now.
