Ok, so on the way to Water Valley today, I heard this on 93.7:
Annoucer: Not even if she wants to.
Girl: I'm excited.
Annoucer: Not even if she asks.
Girl: Aren't you a real man?
Annoucer: Not even if she lies.
Girl: Yeah, I'm nineteen.
Annoucer: No matter what, having sex with someone 16 and younger is an offence punishable by 5 to 10 years in prison.
HOW BAD IS THIS PROBLEM IF THERE HAS TO BE RADIO COMMERCIALS ABOUT IT????
