Dr. House tackles the case of an autistic boy.

Overall, a pretty pleasant episode. I came close to solving this one early; I had a feeling that the boy's scribbles were somehow meaningful, but I never managed to intuit that they were supposed to be worms. Little Miss Jailbait provided a light, breezy B-story. She looked pretty hot perched on House's motorcycle. With any luck, the show will find a reason to bring her back! House's team didn't really make a huge impression on me; this episode was mostly a platform for Drs. House, Wilson and Cuddy.

Stuff I liked
* House's remark that Foreman's date would need to go to a veterinary hospital to be treated.
* House at the pulpit, with bonus points for Dr. Cameron telling him to knock it off. No reason to run the joke into the ground.
* A loopy House telling Cameron she had pretty hair.
* The only symptom on the big diagnosis board being "SCREAMING."
* House's declaration to Cuddy that "YOU CAN'T STOP OUR LOVE!" (between him and Little Miss Jailbait). Pure hammy goodness.
* House trying to get rid of Little Miss Jailbait by shamelessly cribbing from Casablanca, knowing the girl would be too young to catch him.

Stuff I didn't like
* I was really rooting for Cuddy to resist House's request for his old carpet. As much as I enjoy House's anti-authority antics, I found this pretty tiresome.
* The ending, where the autistic boy gave House his toy, was a little sappy, but I was mostly relieved that it didn't involve him majestically (and absurdly) rising above his condition and talking to House; that would have been too much.
