Hooray, the rain is gone and my room isn't flooded anymore! Maybe my fingers will finally have a chance to de-prune now. I didn't think that skin could even be pruney that long. Guess this place is teaching me new things every day!

Dark and cold is easier to deal with than wet, I think. I mean, I'd obviously prefer light, dry, and warm, but blankets are easier to get than dry towels.
I hope this problem gets resolved soon, in any case. This place kind of spooks me out when it's dark all the time. You start thinking you hear things, see things ... ugh! I'm going to hide in bed for a while now.
