The kids are all grown again. Now I guess I know how parents feel when their kids go to college or start driving or something. I do miss being a mommy, but just a little bit. I like being able to drink and swear without worrying about little ears overhearing.
Now, though, it's wet. I'm not a big fan of being wet, especially when it's not voluntary. My uniforms aren't very warm either, so I'm wet AND cold.
At least the puddles are fun to jump in (when no one's looking, of course!).
I think I'll go down to the library and try to read. Maybe I can sit under one of the tables and stay dry.
