Dearest Vecina,
First and foremost, HAPPY 17th BDAY! =D I wish you only the best things to come your way! enjoy this day like no other, cuz it only comes once a year! wow, kinda hard to believe I am older than you...Secondly, thanks for all the car pools. haha. I know we havent been as close as we were wayy back in the day, but I still love you very much. I thank you for being the person you have been these (almost) 4 years that I have known you. You are a great girl, a wonderful person, an awesome neighbor, and an amazing friend. I will NEVER forget how special you and the rest of the gang made my 17th bday... it goes down in my book as one of the happiest bdays I have ever had (out of the 17). I hope that this journal entry does the same for you in some way. Thanks for all the "neighbor to neighbor/ heart to heart" talks, and all the "ay Julie's"... which you know you have had to say to me quite often. Like a great friend, you were always there to hear me out no matter how silly I was being. You have no idea how much that means to me. Life has taught me that its not very often that you can turn to a person and say "thats my friend" and really know that deep down its 100% true, because they truly are your friend... people come in and out of eachothers lives... in good ways and in bad. with good memories and bad ones. with laughter or in tears. I`m very greatful to have had you as one of my friends through out my highschool years. Our senior year is HERE, and I cant wait to see all that it brings! so HAPPY BIRTHDAY! , have fun like only my vecina knows how, and ENJOY this day to the max... knowing you, I`m sure your bday will last more than one day... or week... or month. lol.
