has anyone had to call the phone
number on the snood site to get
a new registration code?
i did today.
& boy was the CSR chick A BITCH!
i paid for my registration
over 3 yrs ago, so it shouldnt
have been too surprising that i
have a new email addy (& that
im not 100% positive which of
my old ones i registered under).
after several minutes of her being really
rather nasty to me, she finally said shed
just send a new code out ... it never arrived.
when i called back to make sure she
got my new email addy correct, after
i spelled it out to her (slowly), she
hung up on me.
still dont have the code yet.
