Feeling a bit flat
I want to update.
I want to share stuff.
I have time, but I choose to do other stuff with it.
I have been busy with business stuff.
I gave Sharyn 173 flyers today to put with her junk mail and tomorrow her, Janelle and I will deliver them over her suburb.Yay for having friends in helpful places ;) I don't feel ready to start yet, but I guess I've got to sometime. I want to brush up on some skills this week. I guess I'll have time. I also made up 100 business cards today so I can give some of them to Janelle to distribute amongst the needy :P
I'm very thankful to be able to combine walking AND dropping off flyers. That's killing two birds with the one stone! We'll plan a strategy for doing this suburb later in the week I think.
I dropped off my first invoice yesterday--to Janelle. It was for $39,980 for friendship and associated services (which I listed) for the year 2007. I thought it was a bargain but she had the gall to ring and complain about the expense!! She reckons it's not worth it and that she'll take her friendship elsewhere. I said fine, as long as she pays the bill owing for 2007 :P~ (Just between you and me I think I really owe Janelle for this friendship, especially considering without her I would not have even started this business!).
I'm trying to get my desk/office space organised! Christmas is almost upon us. I must take a break from business stuff to do Christmas stuff or it won't get done. I will have to schedule that in for later this week *rolls eyes*
Anyway... back to guillotining the flyers...
