Line Meeting #1 Preview
So I am sitting here at the RHO waiting for Emily to get here before we go and eat/pregame before the first of 99's line meetings. I think it will most certainly be a defining time for me in the frat, as well as the pledges involved.
I am really happy with my involvement thus far in the process, considering I know everyone on their pledgeline, and constantly find myself saying hello, or receiving an IM from one of them or the other. It's really great. I think it is a much better performance than last semester for instance. Even though, I think I was deterred from participating because I didn't get a little, I know now that I am engaged in the process with them. That makes me feel really good.
I had an exhausting day. I was up at 6:00 to write my CULP summary, and then took a nap; I had a 10:15, then office hours with APO (they were very good...michaelann is a cool girl). Then I had my two hours of Social Indexicality, which actually could have been a lot worse, then MAP (probably the most exhilarating experience of my life...if you want to never stop thinking for a whole 50 minutes straight then you should definitely join me one day. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Finally, French was drudgery, and now I have to present on Tuesday. Too bad my French sucks and I don't know anything about 11th and 12th century sonnets.'
Whatever.. ExCITEMENT....because this weekend is goign to be like leaving on a jet plane to another world of HW, some good times -- maybe, and APO stuff. Who knows what shall happen.
BTW - biggest asshole ever just came into the office. I think I want to rip this kid's face off..lol, I am so humorous.
Anyone have some exciting news...?
I am excited to see Adam tonight...we haven't seen each other in forever. Hopefully this will be a memorable night...
