Happy Hump Day
I was watching one of the millions of commercials for the november elections for the governor or whatever this morning and it hit me: i'm going to be able to vote. This will be the first election that i can actually vote in. A lot of us will be able to. Starting friday i'm legally an adult. I know it's not really that big of a deal and it's not that different, but it just feels so much cooler to be able to say "i'm 18" instead of 17. I don't have to get things signed by my parents which could work to my advantage, and i'll be able to dismiss myself. which i will be doing regularly. and yes, i can vote. and drive after midnight. not that i don't already. and buy many things i couldn't before of course. i'm just really excited, which is dorky, but that's me. and school is actually ok so far. i really like all my classes. i kno everyone is really unimpressed with this year but i think it's gunna get better. we're only a week in, and the good stuff is still coming. and after 2nd semester? it's going to be amazing.
holy crap, if that last paragraph doesn't win me most optimistic idk what will. so vote for me for that i guess, cause no one else really wants it so why not me?
and tv production is amazing. i have the best class with oconnah, hayley, tana, mike, etc. my group in general is amazing. i can't wait for the first show. and AP gov might not kill me after all. i did pretty good on the first quiz, which i thought i failed. english is still death and marine is boring. but i love sociology. psych seems like it will be fun but so far we haven't really done much except color. which is good.
so who wants to do something with me this weekend cause i really don't wanna spend my bday alone. friday unfortunately i'm working until 6 and then my family are i are going out to dinner, and saturday Day i'm busy, but after 5 i'm totally free :) so u should call me and we should do something. i'm not spending my bday weekend bored!
i should go do a little hw tho. which means coloring for psych and writing a script for tv. senior year kicks ass
