[ Well, nice weather means Usopp doesn't necessarily have to stay in the house, so today he's taking off for- ah, anywhere, really. Fresh air is good. And he's also food shopping, but details. This reminds him, while he's about town.
Setting up a filter and sounding...convincingly calm and level. More than he ever managed last time; maybe he's getting better at that. ]

Do we need anything while I'm out? I can stop, no problem.
[ After a little wandering around after that, he decides that he still really likes the grass in the backyard after all. It's nice. Very quiet and relaxing and whatnot.
Hm. Too quiet. It leaves time to think. Casually rolling over, then. ]

...there's an island called Little Garden back home.
I still don't think that Little Garden is a good name for it at all, though. [ Even today he can still find it in himself to hold a little wonder in his voice. ] Everything was enormous. There were even dinosaurs- you could hear them from where we set anchor, they were so loud. And a lot bigger than I thought they would have been; I mean, I know they're supposed to be huge, but it's a lot different when you get to see them. I had to fight a few of them, of course, but that wasn't the important fight at all.
There were two giants living there when we showed up. Their names are Dory and Broggy, and they've been fighting at the same time, in the same place, every day for more than a hundred years. So long that they couldn't even remember why, all that they knew was that whoever won got to go back to Elbaf- that's where they were from, an entire warrior village that they wanted to go back to. And a lot of people would have stopped by then, if people could live that long- once they'd forgotten what they were doing it for, you know? They would have decided to just stop and go back together or something like that.
That didn't stop them though. Every day, they'd get up and go out there and fight even though they didn't have a reason anymore. And it always ended in a draw, every single time, and they knew that and they were friends and everything, but they still fought.
I don't think either of them has won yet, back home. I don't know for sure, but I bet it's true. They might even keep having draws for another hundred years. It's really amazing, isn't it? All that time, and they're still going?
[ The last bit is more to himself than anything. ]
...it's important to do that, right? Keep getting back up?
