Rune was nothing more then a normal young boy from a normal town in the breaking of a new century. like all the men in his village they were all trained to be skilled warriors, tested and tried in ever facet of life. they weren't just trained in weapons, hand to hand, and many other forms of combat but also they were tested mentally, for its not the strength of your sword blows but how precise the hits really are. now the family that Rune came from may have been just another normal one to him, but to others they saw royalty. now he himself had no connection of blood to the crown but he was trained by the king himself, which was taboo in every law and circle that this society was upheld by. you see every boy is trained by their father, they learn all life's lessons from the man who gave him life. however Rune's parents were the most trusted allies to the king oh so many years ago, but when an assassin was sent to kill the king, he was met in the grand hall by the towns second greatest warrior, rune's father, Tak. and after the fiercest battle the world has seen between 2 men, Tak stood standing over the assassin. and that is when the king realized that it was only matter of time before Tak would run the kingdom. now the king was the best swordsman in the kingdom, but Tak had something he could never hope to gain, the respect of the townsfolk, and with an entire kingdom behind you, you are already king anything else is just formalities. in a true moment of weakness the king would do something so terrible, so dark, and so secret that even his advisers had no idea of it, he had Tak and his wife killed. now the second it was finished he realized what he had done and knew there was nothing he could do to change it, it would haunt him for days and years to come, but he could try to make up for it. he saw Rune laying in his bed and knew one day he would try to take his revenge.

that is all i got so far, funny part of this is i just sat down and words just started to flow, i missed that feeling.
