wow, that intrigues me. My chili is vegan but it's beany. And not everyone digs beany.

I believe it's soy flake (pre-tofu), peppers, peanuts, & mushrooms; surprisingly tasty for such a vile concoction.

Both of the people who've said they would make chili so far are either vegetarian or offered to make vegetarian chili at the last cook-off. So that's something!

My chili would be all meat with some extra meat thrown in for flavor. Unless you want to do an all vegetarian chili cookoff... I could get behind that.
