Life is a highway, I'm gonna ride it all night long...
Well, i gotta make this post short because i am playing a game of touch rugby at 7:30 with my Euro, Australian, and New Zealand buds...I'd never seen a rugby ball before today, it looks just like a football except it's got rounded ends and is slightly bigger.
i also have to do laundry tonight (ugg). I will be brushing sand off my body 'till next Christmas, and no matter how much sunscreen i put on, i still manage to burn some part of my body. being outside all day does that to a person :)
camp is still great, i am meeting some amazing people and the general counselors haven't even arrived yet. by MOnday all the staff should be here and we'll have orientation, which should be lots of fun. if i were not working on the waterfront i would not have had to leave home unitl tomorrow, but I don't really mind...i adore the waterfront too much. speaking of the water, the waterskiing staff wanted to practice driving their boats some more so we all got to water ski yeasterday and today. i was soooo close to getting up on the water skiis today, hopefully i'll get another go at it so i can show them what I'm made of :)
also, to everyone who i have not called frantically to share the exciting news, my brother met John Corbett (Aiden on Sex and the City) when he was in Nashville! that's not even the best part either...Nathan called me up on the phone (which I couldn't answer because i was in a lifeguarding class), and John Corbett left me a voice mail message! he even wished me happy birthday, and he has the sexiest voice on the planet!!!!! i am in lust with that man...oh John Corbett, how do i adore thee? let me count the ways.
