Workin' 9 to 5, what a way to make a living....
today's my last day of work!!!!! and i actually have absolutely no work to do!!!!! I mean, I have to do Philly Center stuff, but other than that, I just have to erase some files and hopefully get some boxes so I can start shipping all my stuff home.
I saw Sen. Barack Obama speak last night at the LCV dinner in DC, it was pretty sweet. I didn't get to meet him or anything, since there were about 500 people there and he came 5 min before he spoke and left immediately afterwards. Probably had seven other events to go to last night, whatever :)
I have not been to DC since I was five, and it really is a beautiful city...but so is Philly :) they are beautiful in different ways...Philly feels like home, and DC is just so stately and beautiful in a way that is almost awe-inspiring (at least in the good parts of town).
well, gotta erase some files and stuff, and later lunch with my coworkers. then Katie and I are going to go to get her nose pierced.
I'll post later...much on my mind, but not capable of thinking to much right now :)
