I just got back from San Antonio. It was fun, but I don't think it was worth the trip. We didn't even compete, but AHS did, yay for them. Stupid freshmen, ugh. There was this couple chaperoning that was sooo weird. Like, at midnight, the woman knocked on our door told us to turn out the lights and go to sleep. She was standing right outside our door from the time we got to the hotel. We weren't even loud. We had the lights on because we (me, Rebecca, and Ashley) were still getting ready for bed, and Rebecca and I were talking on our phones (I was on the hotel phone), but that was all that we were doing. The only reason she knew the lights were on was because we answered the door, and it's not a freakin' crime to stay up. She was so rude! She also said she was glad the Cooper kids weren't her kids (she was an AHS mom) because we were so bad. Excuse me, your kid is bad, too! Last night, the dad was walking outside our room, and knocked on our door at around 10 PM, asking us, "Is this your pillow? Why is it bloody? Does someone need help?" We were kinda freaked out, although later we learned it was crap, not blood, and it was from the guys acruss the hall. Well, that was just plain freaky, but at 10:45, the woman comes and knocks on the door again and tells us it's 15 minutes til curfew. What was the point of that?? The whole time, her attitude toward us was really insulting and derogatory. That woman should not have been chaperoning, especially if all she can do is offend all the students.
Anyway, Fiesta Texas was fun, although Mary hung out with us. So of course, Brandon ignores me and fawns over Mary and Katherine. What's up with that? Dude, if you're not interested Katherine, don't say you love her. That's called "leading her on," dummy. Oh yeah, and he slept with Mary on the way back, sharing a pillow and blanket. He didn't sit near me either. He's so rude sometimes. He treats me differently from all the other girls, and IDK why. It disgusts me. All I want is to be friends, but he just ignores me. Pretending I don't exist isn't going to solve anything. Me, Rebecca, Brandon, Mary, Ashley, Tarra, Will, and Katherine stuck together the whole day. We hung out with Melody, Tate, and Rebecca (a different one), for a while, too. I think I probably rode at least as many rides with Tate in the couple hours we were together than I did with Brandon the whole day. And you know what else annoyed me? I'd ask Rebecca to ride with me, then Mary or Brandon would ask her and she'd ride with them instead. Whatever. And then she got mad at me for ditching her at the awards ceremony (which was incredibly stupid). I didn't really ditch her, I went off by myself and Brandon ended up next to me in the picture. It really wasn't intentional. Overall, though, I had a good time there. But it definitely could have been better. Especially if I wasn't ignored.
