SO.. my life
I feel good about myself, and here is why:
1) I have been putting effort into school, studying, getting all great grades so far and it's making me happy
2) I have been reading a lot more, and I like it
3) I have quit smoking weed to never start again, for real this time, my motivation to never start again in my nana and my own happiness and health is my real reason
4) I only drink about once a week now, and I am definitely drinking less lately.. and I feel good about it
5) I have been going to bed before midnight, and getting a full nights sleep
6) I have been eating healthier(slow transition.. but definitely getting there), and taking better care of my body as a whole
7) I have been going to the gym a lot, and drinking a lot of water every day
8) I have been seeing a couselor at my school who I love, and she is really helping me deal with a lot of stuff
9) I switched my major to just Psychology and I'm really enjoying it
10) My nana is getting better in rehab!
Anyways, just wanted to let everyone know how I have been lately :) and that I am definitely in a transition phase of my life. Well that's all for now! Talk to you later
