Another stupid holiday. Let's jazz it up
In honor of this made-up reason to obligate us into buying gifts for one another, I wanted to make a post about all the things that I love, and then give you guys some things that you love. But first, me.
Mumford and Sons. I can't stop listening to this
The whole album is amazing, these guys are the most talented musicians to hit the airwaves in a long time, and I'm in absolute music love with them. All of them. But especially Marcus Mumford. It doesn't hurt that he looks like this:
Tumblr. Well, when I'm not hating it for sucking away all my free time like some kind of magic, internet vacuum. I've seen so much JDM on there, it's kind of ridiculous. And it makes me very, very happy. In my pants.
ANDREW GARFIELD. I bought The Social Network on blu-ray and I've already watched it a ridiculous number of times. Mark/Eduardo, I ship it so fucking hard. And Andrew/Jesse? YOU GUYS.

The weather:
IT'S LIKE SPRING! Last week we were in the 20s. You couldn't possibly absorb how happy 60 degrees makes me.
Television. It's that time of year when almost everything I love (all that's missing is True Blood) is on the air. I have something to watch almost every single night: House and Top Gear on Monday, Southland on Tuesday, Bones and Justified on Thursday, Supernatural on Friday (not that I ever manage to actually watch Supernatural when it airs, but the thought counts). I'm almost glad that there's nothing on I'm addicted to on Wednesdays, because otherwise when would I have a chance to think about porn involving characters from all those shows? Well, except Top Gear. Maybe.
College basketball! It's not as good as football, but it's still good. Especially next month, when we get into March Madness and then we get to fill out tournament brackets and did I mention that I won last year's tournament pool? I was the only one who picked Duke and that still gives me the warm fuzzies. Know what else does? Duke is the first victor in the eternal Duke-Carolina rivalry, which almost, almost makes up for Green Bay winning the Super Bowl. Prepare yourself, flist, because pretty soon you might have to put up with me fangirling all over the place about my boys in blue.
