Feast or Famine: get used to it, muthas
So, yeah. Despite my wealth of free time during the summer, I still fail at posting. I either post 8 times in three days or once every 12 days. Yeah, IDK, guise.
What's been going on lately? Obviously not much on my end. Reading lots of Supernatural Big Bangs.
lazy_daze 's tennis AU was awesome, as were a bunch others, but that's the most recent awesome one I've read so it's the one that stands out to me. Plus, y'know, it's that time of year, and since my boy's knees have been failing him, it sort of makes up for not getting to watch him.
Lot of yard work here at the house. It finally stopped raining for several hours every day. Now there's plenty of time to get outside and dig around in the dirt. Our house is on a big plot of land, which was pretty cheap, but mostly because it's mostly completely uncleared. It means a lot of weed-eating, raking, chopping down of lots of big bushes, pulling up serious root systems, and busting/digging out stumps. On the plus side, we got a space cleared out early enough to grow a vegetable garden. Soon we'll have squash and tomatoes; later, there will be several kinds of peppers and hopefully a watermelon :]
Next week will be very busy. My best friend is coming for his last visit before he goes off to Michigan for grad school. Right after he leaves, another friend is coming to stay for the weekend. I'm sure this will be when I'm most inspired to write in my Jam Jar. That's just how it works.
New Torchwood is soon? Despite having a promo photo of Ianto as my desktop wallpaper, I sort of forgot about it. HAHAHA I'm not a very good fan lately.
I got prezzies from invaderwitch today! Can't wait to watch all my new shows and listen to my cd and drink my coffee. I'm loved, y'all.
Gerald Henderson got drafted before Tyler Hansbrough. This makes me very happy.
Jam Jar word count since last I posted: 964. That makes the total 6,226. Still so tiny!
