i know the escher game looks nice - but like davien mentions, Portal makes that game look like you're playing with stick figures and paper =)

I have not gotten this game yet, but I SO WANT TO! Looks cool as hell! Gotta see if my machine will even play it.

like a crack fiend, I beat all the levels that came with it and am waiting desperately for more to come from the rest of the world.

I crossed over last night and am hooked. 2 hours disappeared in my gaming haze!

I am curious about Team Fortress as well but Portal by itself is worth every dime!

I haven't played TF yet, but I've watched the SO, and the chincy spy muzak thing was pretty hilarious. As far as I can tell, TF isn't going to disappoint vastly, either.
