Like, you look at pictures and reblog them, but then what? There's no conversation. Conversation's actively discouraged by most people, like adding your own thoughts is an embarrassment. That's annoying. Do I see a resurgence in DW/LJ any time soon? No, but at least you can fucking talking to people here.
I've been riding my bike a lot. People ask me what kind it is, and I just shrug because it's a cheap Wal-Mart bike. I'm not fast, but I feel fast and I really like riding it. I'd be riding it right now, but it's the middle of the day and 100 degrees outside and I'd burn to a crisp.
I have a caffeine withdrawal headache right now. Drinking coffee to fix that.
I feel like I have no idea what's going on in people's lives. That's another problem with Tumblr. You go to somebody's blog and all you see is what they reblog and you have to hunt to find things they've actually written, to find their actual thoughts.
A girl from my work is on Big Brother right now and it's totally weird and kind of sad. Like, I'm watching her on TV and I'm watching her grow away from us. Which is awesome for her, but I'm selfish so I'm sad that she won't be coming back and I won't get to work with her again.
Hmm, maybe I'll put together a picspam. I like picspams. Sure, Tumblr's one big picspam, but I miss people commenting on things and telling me what they think. I like other people's voices.
