Oh, good ending! I love the way Dean just came out and said it. How all this time he couldn't help but want Sam, his guilt, how he wondered if he'd forced Sam. *nods* Yes, good conclusion.

Thanks! Him just coming out to say it happened in the final rewrite, and I think me trying to write around it was what made my beta go, "Um...nope. Still doesn't work," over and over again. I'm glad you liked it.

Oh yeah! This just made my day so much better. I just checked on a whim and when I saw the last chapter up I decided to wait a little bit before getting ready for work. Love the story and love how Dean was at the end. You rock!

love this series. i'm so glad our boys got a happy ending. and i like that you didn't villify jessica -- sam told her and she understood. not enough people give her credit like that. really really nice job. :)

I do like Jess--there's nothing in the show to indicate that she was anything but a good girlfriend to Sam, and he really did love her so, yeah, I dislike it when people write her as a bitch or an idiot just because she was dating this character they'd rather have to themselves.

Thanks! And I don't think we even have to ditch Jo out of the picture. So Dean thinks she's hot. So what? He thinks every girl is hot, the only difference is that he hasn't slept with Jo, yet (unlike pretty much every other girl he talks to on the show). Plus, I have an amazing ability to deny anything in canon that I don't like. I don't have to write around it, I just pretend it doesn't exist. =)
