Fallout: New Vegas

I know Fallout: New Vegas is infamous for its plethora of comedy graphic glitches, but I've never encountered one myself before. Until yesterday, and it was golden. I shotgunned the head off a Powder Ganger in the Bison Steve Casino. Sadly, the man did not simply collapse to the floor and allow me to get on with looting his corpse. Instead his severed head started floating around mid air in front of me, following me around wherever I went, still spurting blood and gore from the neck. Oh, and the entire time the disembodied head continued to smack talk and insult me.

I feel privileged to have seen it.
