I'm so tired of people being upset with someone and not telling them but instead, being cold. It takes so much more guts and resolves problems so much faster if you're just straightforward and you just talk to them. If you don't want to do a favor for someone, tell them. Don't avoid the topic...that just makes it awkward and no one knows where they stand. Come on, I think we are all past first grade.
