I left Philosophy early, and I'm considering skipping my other two classes for the day and going and renting Closer seeing as it came out today. I don't know though. It's such a beautiful day that I'd really like to spend it walking around campus and looking out classroom windows feeling elated that when I walk outside I'll actually feel warm.
This final month of school is really going to suck donkey balls to put it explicitly. I think I have about six papers due. My second philosophy paper is due a week from today. A prospectus on my final paper for American Lit is due a week from today. An analytical paper for Women's Lit is also due on the last day of class. My Moby Dick paper is due on the thirteenth. And last but not least I have two more political philosphy papers due not to mention another ten page paper for regular philosophy. I lost count somewhere in there.
Not smoking is still going very well. I'm holding on two weeks. Not really producing much of a financial difference. It's like, if I don't smoke I eat more and if I eat less then I smoke more. Whatever, at least I'm not downing a six pack a night anymore.
Studying facism in Political Philosophy now. Just got done with anarchy and that was pretty cool, eventhough our in class essay we were supposed to write for Thursday turned into an over the weekend, you have to have evidence assignment that she will grade like a bitch as if she doesn't grade our papers bad enough already. Facism is pretty interesting though, eventhough I really don't understand how a group of people can allow themselves to become that brainwashed into believing the state knows what's best for you and can correctly interpret the will of the people.
Anyways, that's all I've got for today. It is pretty gorgeous out. Supposed to get up to about 70 today and even warmer tomorrow. There is no new episode of the O.C. this week, which is of great discomfort to my world. So in honor of the warm weather and our lack of bad yet hypnotic teenage soap opera this week, here's the theme song.
