(no subject)
I just got home from working a 12hr shift and I've really worried about who was elected. I just found out and I'm totally bummed. But I only felt a little better after I found out that it was 50-50. I really need something to cheer me up now. I'll just read some fanfic and wind down a bit and go to bed. I'll I can think is...this is just fan-fucking-tastic. *Sigh* Well the media got their golden boy...I wonder how long it's going to last. I'm praying only 4 years...4 years that's more than enough time.
Anywho onto something a little bit better...well I don't know how much better because I am sooooo far behind on my nano. I have less than 2000 words so far and to top that off in my semi-new job position has gone to 12 hour shifts 7 days a week until further notice. Fun times ahead. Well actually it will be with the paychecks that I'll get with 12s. I'll be working so much that I won't be able to go shopping and it will all build up to a shopping spree or ya know I could actually get everyone Christmas gifts this year. Hey, there's an idea!
I couldn't believe when I went into Wally world before work that they've already got Christmas displays up. I think I even saw stuff up before halloween. *shakes head* oy!
But anyway back to the nano...I think whatever I end up with at the end of the month will be definite progress. Major progress. Even just blazing on ahead has spurred me back to writing the fanfic.
In other news I'm hungry but I've got serious heartburn and I don't know what I want to eat...everything we got I pretty sure will aggrivate it. :(
