(since Rebecca was with us, we as a collective have figured out what we are all getting our parents...Mom isn't that bad, if there's something she wants she lets us now. Dad on the other hand makes me wish my superpower was of the psychic variety.)
:: Hastings:: I had a pretty good stack of comics from my pull list and I found cheaper trades of Supes/Bats with Supergirl and the return of Jason Todd. Also they started a program to that you can subscribe to and they will hold copies of requested comics every month so I won't miss any since the nearest comic shop is 45 min drive one way.
:: Saver's:: Several cute purses from Saver's of all places. Last time I went a couple of weeks ago I found three that were genuine leather and cute just needing some lovin'.
+ I was rockin' an awesome unfrumpy outfit that was as far from tee and jeans as you could get, that is my usual weekend attire. And I was paid a couple of compliments one from an absolute stranger about my new knee-high boots that I lurve and my sister who I haven't seen in a few weeks. She doesn't think much of my wardrobe on the best of days.
+ My sister bought me a Batman ornament for this year. \o/ I also bought one, Where the Wild Things Are; its adorable. I missed out on the Thor ornaments. *major sadface*
+ The best of all today...I went with Rachel to see the new SHERLOCK HOLMES and the BATMAN trailer was shown...

*NON SPOILER-ific* It was hilarious! and awesome! and I love JL and RDJ sfm!
After the movie was over, the usual bathroom break before hitting the road. Two girls came in just after us talking and apparently BOTH of them fell asleep during the movie...

When Rae was washing her hands I made the point to tell her that those two had slept during the movie and that they had just had a very expensive nap considering and another lady was leaving just before us said that she had fallen asleep too...
FRAKKIN HELL!!!
The only real downer for the day was that I completely forgot to order the teefury tee of the day before heading to Fort Smith. It was an amazing dr who design. Who is a big part of teefury but this one knocked it out of the park. Oh well, I find it somewhere else on the internets later on, hopefully.
It's almost 4:30 now I'm kinda sleepy and I need to go to bed but I really wanna read my comics.
