Things in my life that you would not know if you have not been keeping track of me via
wordpress:
1) I got a promotion, of sorts. I now work at the customer service counter and so far, I really enjoy it. I've been there about 4 months and haven't had any major problems. There was the one time I forgot how to count money and got kicked off cash for a month, but other than that...
2) I've decided to quit school after I get my AA. College sucks and I hate it. I've always disliked school but for some reason I always did well, but it's time to call a spade a spade. I'm sick of investing time and money into something I'm not even sure if I want right now. Higher education will always be around and if I want to go back later, that's always an option.
3) I'm going to Oregon in 22 days. The purpose of this trip is recreational, mostly to see a someone special that resides there, but also to hang out with other people that I've met through him and through this grand thing. Ah, the joys of the internet. It connects us all, you know.
4) I lost twenty pounds. Not that that matters much, because all you see of me is my writing, but still. It's new! Horray!
5) I still live at home but am working on moving out. By "working on" I mean "wishing like all hell that something will happen that gives me the means and motivation." It's not that I don't like living with my parents; they're nice people, and my relationship with my mom has really grown while I've been here, but I'm twenty-two. It's time to start my own life.
The end.
Today I'm going laundry, finshing a presentation, and getting my hurr cut.
It's an exciting life I lead, ladies and gents.
Exciting indeed.
