So I am totally in north Carolina visiting Ryan. It's awesome.
That's really all you need to know. But I'll tell you more just for the hell of it. It's hot and muggy here, just like back home. There are outdoor malls here, just like at home. There's a whole lot of nothing to do here, just like at home. There are lots of silly college kids here, just like at home. People talk with a "between north and south" accent, just like at home. There are scary places millions of miles away, but not anywhere close, just like at home. And we went to a Waffle House due to lack of anywhere else to be at two-thirty am, just like at home. But you know what's here that we don't have at home? Ryan. And we are loving every minute he puts up with us. Don't know when we're coming back, but we may stay the week; the air conditioning in his apartment was fixed about twenty minutes ago, and the idea is no longer sweaty and uncomfortable.
