damn old age

so as most of you know i am 17 years old and well for a 17 year old my body is more like a 70 year old man, a couple of u know that im on crutches because of my knee, so i went to the physio today and it has been confirmed cause the doctor didnt tell me ne thing, i cant go skiing simply cause my knee prob wont be able to handle all the twisting and what not and it will prob colappse on the bright side i get my own runing programme and i get to do nothing in the holidays although i would much rather go skiing because it is a pasion of mine :(
