Yay, ascension got implemented in Kingdom of Loathing yesterday! Took me about 6 hours to complete it due to lag, lag and server strain. Not to mention a seeming bug in one of the battles (I won it narrowly 3 times, but it never counted as a win, and on my 4th attempt, when I narrowly lost, it count it as a win). And why is it that the description of the Naughty Sorceress reminded me of someone I know... The sheer number of geek references in the last section (including a few adventures in the 'Beyond the Pale' region) is awesome, although I can't recall what they're taking the piss out of in the final scene.

I should really stop wasting so much time and get down to study. Looks like I may have a sober weekend ahead of me at this rate, ohw.
