Snave Ranting: The Real Nightmare Before Christmas
A week ago when I first saw this shit, I thought it was just a poor timing or breakdown in communication mistake made by one shop. But nonono. Almost every supermarket I've been into in the last week has both Halloween AND Christmas stands up.
Now, I can understand that greedy capitalists like bringing forward sales times on holiday and seasonal event crud - it happens every year - but letting two such events overlap, and having Christmas and Halloween decorations next to each other beside the checkouts is ridiculous. What the fuck?
