'Home' and the wards on Privet Drive
I'm looking for a fic where Harry returns to Hogwarts and says something about coming 'home'. Dumbledore overhears him (or maybe they're talking) and chastises Harry, who says he knows better. Turns out the wards on Privet Drive are only good so long as Harry calls his aunt's house home.
I believe that Snape overhears this conversation and doesn't really understand it.
I also believe that at some point in the fic Harry's feelings of Hogwarts being home causes the wards on Privet Drive to fail and his family to be killed, but I may be mistaken.
Seems like it has Neglectful!Dursleys, but not Abusive!Dursleys and that Dumbledore is well aware of how Harry is treated by his family.
I'm relatively certain this is a Snarry fic, but it could be a Severus saves Harry.
