2 specific fic searches...

I'm looking for 2 specific fics:
1. I'm fairly certain this one is either Severitus, Sevitus or Mentor!Snape. I remember that Harry was taken from the school for a while by Dumbledore (can't remember why) but when he returned he had a new name and looked different. Dumbledore is something like a grandfather to him and made up a backstory about his mother. Harry got upset because Dumbledore made it sound like Harry and his mother fought something awful and that is why he came to stay at the castle and (I think) get to know his father, Severus. If any of this even seem slightly familiar, please let me know. It was a very long time ago that I read the fic (Probably 10+ years ago) so my memory is not the best... lol
2. This fic I am fairly certain is Snarry slash. Harry and Severus are together (might even be creatures) but Dumbledore (or the ministry) want to separate them. What I remember is that Harry went to Gryffindor tower, packed up his things and together they snuck out at night. I think he overheard a conversation in Dumbledore's office or Dumbledore might have even told him directly what he planned. I'm not sure if Severus came up to the tower or if Harry got down to the dungeons somehow... It might have been a threesome fic now that I think about it but I'm not sure. I know it is not much to go on but any help would be much appreciated!
