Creature Harry and (half) creature Severus?

I'm looking for a story where Harry was some kind of creature with wings, his parents wasn't really Lily and James - it was something with Dumbledore hiding Harry with James and Lily.
Harry was some kind of prince of his spieces, and Snape was a mix of this creature and human (his mother was this creature and he's a half because of that) - he also had wings.
Snape took Harry to his real parents when Harry found out what he is, most story happened in the world of this creatures. I don't remember more, except it was a snarry. I read it a long time ago (I think more than 5 years), and now I can't find it at all.
