Non-Gryffindor, lives with Dark Harry

There are probably a lot of these out there, but I can't think of any good ones of the top of my head. Can you help me out with a list of your favs?

Either Snarry, mentor (Sev is ordered to be life becomes out because he respects Harry's skills), Sev/Harry are father/son, Harry is Sev's apprentice, etc.

Harry is either raised on the Dark side or ends up willingly going to Tom/lives with Tom. He is not a Gryffindor at Hogwarts. Harry is grey or dark...independent and kicks butt!
